Garth's suggestion for imbedded comments in the DXBase log is a good 
idea.  Added information follows his comments.

Once the extracted log (ADIF for LoTW) is created, it needs to be "signed" 
by the appropriate certificate that identifies the location of the station 
for that log.  Those certificates (for various locations) are created by 
the user in the LoTW TQSL program and can be selected for each "log" to be 
signed.  This is done for each location.  The actual callsign (K3SEW for 
example) can be the same for all separate logs.  The "certification" tells 
LoTW where the station location was.
