This might be of some value:

AR-Cluster now is including a '+' sign before the prefix for stations
known to have confirmed Q's via the LoTW. Here is how this appears in a
spot:

DX de N5IN: 21050.0 VK9NS ...comments...... +VK9N 1100Z MN

In the worst case were AR-Cluster cannot classify the spot, then the
prefix part would be missing but the + would still appears thus:

"............................ + 1100Z MN" so you would have to deal with
that possibility as well. Notice that a single space separates the time
from the preceding + or +pfx.

Perhaps you could highlight the spot or call in some way to convey this
information including when it is reflected in the DX Info box.

But first let's see if anyone regards this as something of value to them.

Since you currently transfer the comment portion with spaces minimized
into the DX Info box the + information is visible currently.

By the way, there are currently about 12,000 users of LoTW and the
AR-Cluster database has the calls of about 95% of them. It looks like
for HF spots about 1 in 20 will have the LoTW + sign. Too bad it's not
more.
