Bob,

The info in the "Pending Labels Database" MUST be deleted and
then those same QSOs RESAVED ... THEN, the QSOs "will" have
the CURRENT "Sign" saved...  You are still looking at the
previous SAVED "Pending Labels Database" info..

also to this you can edit the labels in the
tools
        database access
                labels
then click on the second tab, and edit what you need.
