Not sure what your words of:

A static (non-selectable-data) report won't work

mean - in relation to any style of report the CAN
be worked-up without any problems..

If you made a report that would give you JUST the CALLSIGNS
of the LoTW cfmd QSOs - then, a report (either User Designed or
Standard Report) can be made to output those callsigns
in TXT file format ...

I guess that I need further words about "static" report won't work?

Pse let me have some further descriptions about your needs to work
from - such as some graphic examples will do nicely.
