My three year old grandson is staying with us this morning because he is sick. I had been working on some QSLs this morning and he got into my radio room and apparently did some stuff to DXBase. I have DXBase on two computers so the files are fine but he apparently deleted a window.
I keep this window at the bottom of the screen and it doesn't have a name on the banner of this particular window. It is the window that you use to type in commands to the packet cluster and has tabs for VHF Packet, Internet packet, CW line out and CW character out. In my old manual it is called the Transmit window. When I looked under the Windows menu it is not listed like the other windows. The manual says that you should go to the Windows tab and click "new", all the "new windows" are all grayed out. How do I get this Window back? (Oh, I am still using version 2005.) Bill, W5VX
