The ARUser program has undergone many updates in past months. Lee has three different nodes presently running. The three choices are: VE7CC ARC VE7CC-1 CC Cluster VE7CC-2 Spider
Dependant on which of these three DIFFERENT software systems, filters work differently. I suggest, VE7CC-1, which is the new CCcluster software and provides the most filtering options and ease of use. To set the filters to only see/receive stateside originating cluster spots, choose the Country tab, NA, Spotter Country, tick K, VE and set to pass.
