When you use the Tool Awards>DXCC and then the wizard to gather all the stuff since your last submission, it creates worksheets, front sheet and the actual sheet that you send in. Unfortunately, I cannot see anywhere that the report is permanently stored and once you close the window you have to regenerate the report. This is where the rub is at least for me. I mistakenly told it to mark all the records it picked as valid submission records and blithely went on my way. Well guess what, there were a number of errors in the cards selected because of various reasons. This resulted in a number of cards that were not really valid. Now I cannot generate a new set of forms because I told it to mark them. I have since corrected each abnormal QSL on an individual basis so the log is right but I have no access to a report that I can edit.
So, shame on me but I would request that when that particular wizard generates a form/report that you have an option to store it under a different name. That's all.. I can fix this by going in and marking the special field of each record I want to submit with some unique designator and then generate a report using one of the report forms (txn Joe) which would then give me the data I want in the proper format but that is a lot of work.
