Kim I do exactly what you are asking. The trick is to change the amount of lables and their x y locations. Go to Tools>Design Labels That opens a window asking for which type of Label you are Printing. Select 'QSO Labels'. Another Window with a list of the various 'label types' will open. Select the one that has the style you like.
That will open the 'design page'. Now here is the tricky part. Click on menu item 'Project' Select Page Setup This gives you the amount of labels, the start/end locations, gutter size etc. You will have to change the various dimensions to place the info onto your card where you want it. The very bottom of the options is 'NUMBER' and I have 1 (one) place in both the Horizontal and Vertical column boxes. That means it will only print 1 (one) set of qsl data onto a page. It's now up to you to do some trial and error to get the setting correct so it prints into the space you want it to. In my case, my pre printed qsls have a large box where I could place a label or print directly to the card. http://www.qsl.net/w9ol/label_layout.JPG the above screenshot may help with starting locations. But each card is a bit different so be prepared to do a bit of adjusting I print onto a paper sheet and hold it over the card till I get it right so I don't waste cards. Make sure you save each adjustement so that when you reopen the design module you will have the latest adjustments you made. Good luck and hope this works for you Make sure you save this 'new' label as something distinctive so that it's easy to select the correct label format in the future ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kim Elmore" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, December 18, 2006 8:14 AM Subject: [Dxbase] Printing QSL Info Directly on the Card > First off, apologies because, in all likelihood, this has been answered > numerous times before.
