And I have a spare disk and RAID controller on hand, in case either the disk or the controller goes South. The RAID will tolerate the loss of any single HDD, and will scream bloody murder when it happens. It's happened at work once and saved my bacon. If I have anything Really Important on a machine, it's either running a RAID or is backed up regularly. That said, I still keep backups of Stuff I Cannot Stand to Lose.
