To all: The IARU QSL Bureaus webpage has been recently updated ( July 31, 2007 ).. That webpage is at:
http://www.iaru.org/iaruqsl.html For those DXbase users who keep up their Database(s) that deal with the various BUREAUs around the world, this webpage shows that 8 different Country Bureaus have in fact " Closed " !!
