Bill, If you are running DXbase2006 or DXbase2007 - you don't need that other little program you talked about (that was called Access Maintainer) ---
In 2006 and 2007 Jack has the same thing built-into DXbase -- under your DXbase program group -- and look for the DXB Utility name in the DXbase program group (from your Windows START ICON). Run the section with the ICON named as Database ... run the COMPACT feature of the DXB Utility- and you are good-to-go!!!!
