Is there a means to filter out who gives DX spots? For instance, If I don't
want to see any spots from anyone except the US, can I filter this out?

Not with DXBase.
Myself and many other DXBase users use VE7CC's program ARUser as a front-end
spot collector
for DXBase and then you can filter to your heart's desire. You can download
the ARUser program
at the following link http://www.bcdxc.org/ve7cc/default.htm#prog
The program is FREE and can filter just about anything you want to filter.
