[Dxbase] Uploading Qso's to Lotw and eQsl

How do I  get qso's ready to be uploaded from DXBASE to a folder or place on 
the hard drive or a Memory Stick in a USB Port so they can be readied for 
upload to the Lotw or eQsl??
