Hi Tom, I've seen it that way, but only when I'm not connected. Might try closing the window and reopening it. Might want to look in User Options under Internet and make sure you have an IP Host selected at the bottom of the window.

I usually close the window and wait a while and try it again and it works. But lately I have to change to a different cluster.
