A few years ago this might have been a useful thing to do. these days the Dxcluster network is very well connected and most clusters will get a full feed. Cluster Sysops actively discourage multiple logins these days as it can cause routing issues with talk messages, chat and cluster mail My own Dx cluster is hosted on a server in the states and is connected to other clusters in Ireland,Italy and the states I don't filter spots but as a user you can set up filter(s) to suit your specific needs or you can just let Dxbase handle it the EI7MRE cluster is at mayodx.ath.cx port 7300 the manual for DXspider clusters is here http://wiki.dxcluster.org/index.php/Main_Page 73 Brendan EI6IZ (sysop ei7mre dx cluster ) -- Don‘t complain. Nobody will understand. Or care. And certainly don‘t try to fix the situation yourself. It‘s dangerous. Leave it to a highly untrained, unqualified, expendable professional. ______________________________________________________________ Dxbase mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dxbase Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected]
