Thanks Joe,
I own a copy of the original Crystal Reports program before Crystal Services
was bought by Seagate Software. If I can find my copy which was part of
Microsoft VB I will give it a try to see how it goes, but I won't hold out
much hope. I will keep my eyes open for version 7.0 of the Crystal Report
software.

In the meantime I will push on with List Maker and finish my simple report
that way.
