Knut,

After thinking about your situation there a bit more, I think
that the European style of using a COMMA instead of a PERIOD
is causing the problem for you.


I just confirmed that  YES!! it is the European style of the
DECIMAL being the COMMA   instead of the PERIOD ...

You need to go into your computer's CONTROL PANEL
and under Regional and Language Options 

go into the Customize

and make the "decimal" indicator a  PERIOD  ..

then you will be all ok ...

I am not sure WHY  Hamscope is programmed this way!! It
makes it very difficult for the European oprs.



This adjustment will solve your problem Knut.
