According to the instructions, I would normally highlight a QSO and click the QSO Label icon which is NOT on my toolbar. It was there earlier but now it is gone again. Anyway, clicking on that icon should say "stored for batch printing." I am getting an error message about duplicate records.
How can this be SO complicated????????
