Steve,

Duplicate records means you have queued the label previously. Just go to
TOOLS | DATABASE ACCESS | Labels and have a look.
I bet you have saved the record already. You can delete or edit manually
here or goto OUTPUT | EMPTY LABELS and nuke the whole list - only if you
wish to kill everything.
