For many months, we have studied the prospects of further development work on DXbase. We have studied your answers to surveys, private emails, reflector posts, and telephone calls. It became clear to us that DXbase 2007 already provides nearly all of the capabilities that the vast majority of our customers want. Therefore it would be unlikely that we could improve enough on DXbase to warrant upgrades in the near future. So after many many years, we have come to the end. We appreciate the loyalty that we have been given by so many of you and we wish you success in your ham activities. We've made a ton of friendships over the years and we are grateful to have been given that opportunity. We will of course remain active in ham radio and will no doubt see many of you again. We have been accepting offers for the purchase of all rights associated with DXbase source code and will continue to accept offers for another ten days or so.
