George is absolutely correct. Global QSL just prints your QSL cards
with your log information and distributes them to the various bureaus.
No different than you having blank cards printed by a printer, you
filling out the blank cards with your log information and sending them
to the various recipients. It is a qso and qsl out of your log. He
(Global QSL) just prints them. Lastly, you as a recipient of a card
printed by Global have no idea who printed the card unless the user puts
that information on the card.

I am a field card checker and there are NO restrictions on cards printed
by Global QSL even if you did know where they were indeed printed.
