I hate to sound negative but I think the chance of LPT keying working under Win7 x64 is close to impossible, not only for the technical reasons but Microsoft requires all drivers to be signed and I am doubtful there are many(any) of the LPT driver writers still in existance that will suffer the expense. Win7 x64 will see a lot of the hobbiest-type of programming severely challenged because of this.
