I want to be able to continue to use VE7CC's CC-User as my interface between 
DXBase and a DXCluster.  That interface is via localhost port xxx (which you 
have to be able to specify of course).  I hope your addition won't preclude 
this.  I can understand that you would like to incorporate your 'Spot' program, 
however CC-User is really excellent and is regularly updated.  

Also hopefully you will abandon modifying the 'hosts.' file.  It made sense 
originally, but MS has since then made this a no-no.
