Neal, Below is a copy of a message I sent to Rod about the WinKey option. The WinKey option works fine for me. Since the reflector doesn't allow Attachments I am sure that part won't come thru.
73 de Tony, KD4K Rod, You must have the settings wrong in the WinKey setup in DXB. Below is a screen capture of my WinKey setup in DXB.
