I am also running Vista (Home Premium) 32bits and DXbase 2007 without
problems.
Vista stores the .mdb files in another place than where the program is
located.
My .mdb files and also the refdata.mdb are located in:
"C:\Users\Jean\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\DXbase 2007"
Look for a same way on your computer.
Note that also your host file location is changing on Vista:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc  but you can do a file search on host to
find the exact location.
