These setting are what worked with WriteLog and Ham Radio Deluxe ---
DxBase hesitates on 'enter' and then returns no value after a definite
stall. Radio #2 my Yaesu works perfect. I have also tried 9600, 8,n,1...

I've run three different Icom radios with DXB2006, IC-706MKII, IC-756PRO
and 
now the IC-7600, settings at 19200, 8, N, 2 with no problems.
