I'm afraid I don't see the problem with logging into LoTW several times a
day if you feel the compulsion to do it.  Added cluster info or working
"only" stations who participate in LoTW is ludicrous to me.

However, I would like a new version of DXbase to include the UTC date in
the taskbar, either to the left or right of the time in UTC, not local.  If
others feel local time is necessary in a logging program, perhaps it could
be in brackets next to the UTC time.

Also, I would like to see an actual re-connect to the current cluster
function, rather than a "keep alive" message -- unless that is what the
"keep alive" message is supposed to do.  In that case, my 2006 "keep alive"
message doesn't work properly.
