  Yes, it is

 Looks very similar except ":6". My ADIF column name is just "QSL_VIA"

   Not sure; Actually GlobalADIF.exe taking everything what you have in
"notes" field of DXB and putting it "comments" field of GlobalQSL (if you
tick the checkbox);

  NO, not correct. GlobalQSL recognizes "Y" and "N" in ADIF's relevant
fields and printing PSE QSL or TNX QSL accordingly, leaving the "comments"
field for comments/notes.

 I'm also very short on time, so I use the GlobalADIF by Joe. I'm placing
all QSO's to be sent thru GlobalQSL into group #1 in DXB ("via bureau")
using "Save QSO label" button in DXB toolbar and once in a while running
Joe' program, requesting to print all pending labels of "group #1". This is
for "PSE QSL".
 For "TNX QSL" you can use- while checking the received card- "QSO reply"
button in Previous QSO dialog window, which will automatically place the
"pending labels" to specified labels group (default is "bureau", i.e. group
#1).  Very simple.
