Well I have a file called hosts.dxb27.bak I assume this is the hosts
file. For some reason dxbase cant find this file when I want to modify
it to add kr9u.net. The file shows up in windows/system/drivers/etc (or
whatever it is supposed to be Im typing from memory).

What am I missing? I dont recall having this much of an issue with
dxbase 2006. It was just a function of clicking modify, adding the info
and then the changes were saved.

I also noticed something odd (again operator error of some sort Im
sure) I have two versions of aj9c.mdb

If I run dxbase as an administrator (I was trying to run dxbase as
administrator to see if that might have been a problem with me modifying
the hosts file) then only one mdb comes up for aj9c and all dxpedition
mdbs are gone. This version of aj9c has some contacts I made in May in
it as the last qsos but nothing for e4x and some other more recent
contacts I made. If I just run dxbase 2007 by clicking the icon on the
desk top (no admin running) then I get AJ9C.mdb along with 4 or 5 others
I set up for various dx logs I have. When I go to aj9c the May 6m qsos
are missing but the June are present.

If anyone has any ideas of what I am doing wrong or what might be hosed
up send me an email.

Thanks

Mike/aj9c
