Thanks to all who responded with files that they have that work with their K-3s.
I have a question.....do you have to move radios.ini to a windows file like "hosts" in order for things to work and save? I opened radios.ini with notepad and was going to paste and save but windows seemed to choke on that and it wouldnt save. Didn't like the ile path I believe was the error message.
