Hi Mike, Vista UAC is preventing you from directly making changes to the radios.ini file. Copy the file to the desktop and use Notepad to edit and save your changes there. Then Copy the updated version from the desktop back to the DXBase folder. Once you're sure the changes are in place and working delete the copy on the desktop.
