I saw from The Daily DX bulletin today that the US Department of State guy responsible for publishing the official US recognition of the PJ changes wasn't at work Friday and today is a US holiday, so tomorrow is the soonest we could get word of the US officially recognizing the changes. The ARRL is awaiting the US' official recognition before it announces their changes.
Once this happens, I will finish testing the database updater and then ask a few people (want to volunteer?) to test the updater. Once I clear any problems found in Beta testing, then I will announce the updater is ready. Assuming the cards fall in as rapid a time period as possibly, I should be ready to start beta testing on Thursday and probably have the updater released by Monday next week. This is the "best case" plan, subject to a lot of changes.
