Hi Mike

The DXB2007 code is too dependent on having a unique prefix identified with
a country. Its just the way the code is structured and would take a lot of
effort to unwind that. Its the last resort of alternatives but if thats the
only one that works, its what I will do (it will have some major impacts on
version 10 however).
