I don't believe this is an updater problem. If I look at the prefix database using the DXBase database access tool, VP9 shows lat = +32.3, long = +64.7. These are correct.
I can uses MS Access to look at the same database and see the same numbers. Typing VP9 into the summary window will show lat = +32.3, long = -64.7, which I suppose accounts for west longitude in normal mapping convention. However, the heading shows 3.8 deg at a distance of 7954 km. The true heading is ~77 degrees at 4300 km. My lat is entered correctly as +32.31 and long +111.2. As I stated, other beam headings to different countries appear to be correct. Since both latitudes are nearly the same, I suspect at math error.
