Wes, it really sounds like you are running Windows VISTA or Windows7 -- and the Refdata.mdb file THAT DXbase2007 is using is in that VIRTUAL STORE area -- BUT, you are looking at the Refdata.mdb file that is in your DXbase2007 directory???
The correct Refdata.mdb file entry for VP9 is: VP9 Bermuda +32.3 +64.7 and when I (running windows XP) I type-in VP9 in the summary window it ALSO shows the LAT / LON of +32.3 +64.7 Pse tell us what OS you are running and did you (IF windows VISTA/ Windows7) install it in the DEFAULT directory -- or did you make your OWN directly off of C:\ drive root directory?
