I just do the label thing using 3 per label but then just print them on the regular piece of paper without wasting labels. I then enter it into the OQRS system by hand. When it asks you to update the labels just say yes (because essentially you have submitted for a card or confirmation of some sort) and then under how, I just select other. Maybe in another issue of Dxbase there will be an OQRS selection or a way to print with just an OQRS method of some type.
