On returning home from vacation, I tried to connect to my usual cluster and
was told by DXbase 2006 that it could not be done. I searched through the
cluster addresses in DXbase and discovered that, while it was working
perfectly before I left on April 6, the address for my cluster had changed
to .org. I went into Windows and searched for host files and discovered a
bunch of them and then changed each one to .com.

I then reinitialized DXbase, even shut the computer off and re-booted.
When I open the host file in DXbase I still see VE1DXI.no-ip.org. It will
not change there, although all the windows files are correct.
Using Modify Host Files seems to accept the edited address and then when I
try to open the cluster I get the .org address as if nothing has happened.

What happened and what do I do to fix this?
