Well, after going thru this task one more time -- (we did the original GO THRU
back late last year /
early this year) --- there is NO ONE place to obtain ANY truely accurate info
... I can plainly see
entries at clublog.org that are just plain wrong ... and, since there is NO one
website or person
who TRUELY KNOWS what is going on with the Russian Callsign System -- I am
going to
ponder on this subject for one more week - and then - PUNT ... If the refdata
entries
that I come up with are not working for a particular DXbase user -- they, on
their own, can make the needed
adjustments to their refdata CallMap and AliasMap tables ...
We probably could beat this one to death for months -- and, still NOT come up
with a
true representation of the Russian Prefixes ...
