Dave,

Which Label File (title wise) are you using?  Depending on which label file
you are using - will determine what possible (formula) was used to produce
the QSL: Tnx/PSE ---  Once you click on the CFM for a QSO in the Previous QSO
window - and you press the QSO REply button -- and then answer OK to making
the label ... the WORD TNX is automatically place in the Pending Label DB  "CFM"
column ...

This really all depends on which label file you are using and how it is 
made ...
