Hmmm... I suppose that it may be service connected. I remember that it was a
service that was added a while back and it just started appearing and has
been there for some time.  I don't know how to show you the way mine looks
other than to try and duplicate the way the screen show it.  Here is one
entry that showed a few minutes ago:

DX de W1YW.    3521.0 ST2AR      qrt tu lids!        +ST 0432Z MA

Note the "+" before the ST shows he uses LOTW.

This is already available.  If you look at the Internet Cluster screen and
follow over to where the country of the station spotted.  If there is a "+"
by the country that station uses LOTW.  Slick.
