On my Internet Cluster screen I don't see the country for the spotted station, but I do see the indicator just before the time stamp. This indicator also shows up in the DX Info window so there is no need to keep both windows visible (the Internet Cluster window is usually open, but minimized to save desktop real estate). The indicators are '+' for LOTW, '-' for eQSL and '=' for Both.
The information must come from the DX Cluster you are connected to.
