Ron,
I have a Rotor-EZ kit which has never been built if you are interested.
The box was shipped to me on May 27, 2003. The plastic bag of parts has never
been opened and it has the full construction manual. Make me an offer.
But, if you just want to have yours repaired, I found the following on
hamsupply.com who purchased the assets of Idiom Press:
Charley Snodgrass: Charley provides complete services for CDE/Telex/Hy-Gain
rotator control boxes, including repairs and installation of Rotor-EZ boards
and Rotator Illuminator LED light kits. Please contact Charley at:

There are a number of available interfaces.
http://www.idiompress.com/
Easy-Rotor-Control e-shop
EBay: Rotor control for G-1000DXA
as well as Yaeus's own which appears to me to be tremendously overpriced.
I have an old Idiompress card which has failed. I have tried to contact them
to see if it would be practical to repair, but no response has been received as
yet.
The ERC-Mini DX from Easy-Rotor-Control has a built in USB interface which I
believe generates a virtual Com port which should be compatible with DXBase.
Does anyone have any experiences with any of these interfaces with DXBase?
