Dear ALL I am here again !.. hope ever member is doing fine , I know it has been long time since my last appearance ;-) but what can I do the last monthes for me was like life changinf as for those who might not know I am settling down here under 42 to 43 'C heat in a country residing on the Arabian Gulf with all the heat and all the sun that you can and you can not imagine |-(

Nihal Abdin .. Asmaa .. and the rest of our diabetes gang ! Now my insulin is getting ruined from heat again and again .. and I really do not know what the hell I can do ?! I bought this cooling bag but it seems like it is not working !.. my work makes me always exposed to heat and my skil is getting darker ;-(( I want any doctor or any friend to advise... I drink galons of water.. and juice.. and so on.. what else do any one of you advise ?? Please if you know anything let me know .. many thanks in advance ! Ahmed Nour-Eldin
