You are in bad situation i think that u have put insulin in fridje and take
insulin at home then put it again so you have 2 eat at home
when u be out don't take insulin with u because it will ruined so don't eat
any thing when you be out

Now my insulin is getting ruined from heat again and again .. and I
really do not know what the hell I can do ?! I bought this cooling
bag but it seems like it is not working !.. my work makes me always
exposed to heat and my skil is getting darker ;-((
I want any doctor or any friend to advise... I drink galons of
water.. and juice.. and so on.. what else do any one of you advise ??
