about the problem in gaining weight..(by the way i`ve just finished ma
medical college)..so about this subject..gaining weight has some rules..
1-u must have good appetite..and strong will..as u need it to continue eat
even if u had a stomach ache..ok
2-do less work and sleep or relax after each big meal..like having dinner and
sleep after that..and the same 4 lunch..
3- concentrat on carbohydrates and fats.. like chocolate..(Mahshi)..rice..and

4-i have a method to increase stomach capacity and i use it if i wanna gain
weight.. it is to drink large amounts of water at once..(water is the best
thing to stretch stomach and increase the capacity).
5-try to eat and not conentrate on the act of eating..like eating in front of
tv. or movie., or while talking with someone in some subjects..so ur brain will
ignore the signals of stomach when it stretch..u with me??
hope after u do this stuff u gain weight..
