I'm writing this before finishing the whole thread so I don't know if Dann popped in yet. Dann had a great idea. He had this level design. Level 1: Basic Layers (moving, visibility) Level 2: Advanced DHTML Level ... . . . Then we can have a simple table saying which browser goes where (we can even degrade IE 5 on MAC to Level 1 for instance).
