I've actually got some php code we can use at dynapi.sourceforge.net that allows
you to make comments on php pages.  So if people have drafts we can
post them on the dynapi site and allow people to comment.  I'm not a
big fan of added another message board since we already have these
lists, but I do see the need for some other time of communication
system.  By the way we could use the demo site we have up to post
ideas and allow people to comment as well.
