A typical NS6 user is a web developer or a slashdot fan that hates M$ and is
used to search for software alternatives. He knows of freeware options to
replace commercial software. He can hack and crack almost any soft, knows about
warez sites, freeware sites. Updates his browser, installs Linux. Don't care to
reformat its hard-drive "as a hobby".... that is, it is not profitable. Sure he
can rip its DVD-ROM and get Gladiator on a MPEG4 CD. But companies do not
expect to make any business out of them. Why did you install NS6, those of you
who did ? Wasn't it more comfortable to type an URL in your explorer bar ?

Anyone seriously expected that Mr. John Smith, salesman, afraid of computers,
did something more than buying a computer "internet inside" ? Would he have
upgraded to IE5 if Windows didn't keep on pushing that alarming "Critical
system update needed" message upon his face ?

I'm not saying we should surrender to Microsoft nor drop support for other
browsers, but please don't forget who's usign the web ( the browsers )
nowadays.
