Either way you can't just dismiss
certain functionalities just because browser x does not
support them. Weather they are 'add-ons' or not.
Ie; I would like those using IE to see page transitions..
those using NS would not see the page transitions, but the
site wouldn't just not work for them either..
they just wouldn't see the page transitions.
