So I guess we will just have to remove Cross-Browser
and call it a "Library".  If you want page
transitions, add them to your own code.  But the
DynAPI is a "cross-browser" library, as such, it is an
api that allows your code to work the same in several
browsers.  So adding features for every new browser
that comes out would be totally wrong.  If in several
years Mozilla is the standard, and nobody uses NS 4,
then it is a different story.
